I know this might be stretching it, but is it possible that we aren’t supposed to like Lisa? Let’s look at the evidence:
Point one: Lisa is horrible. Of course, that doesn’t always mean a character is meant to be a villain in the world of GH. She could be a hero! So we can’t base our opinion on this point alone.
Point two: Lisa has an inappropriate fixation on Patrick’s sexual activity. It’s uncool to think that your ex’s love life is your business. Who says stuff like that? And the reminiscing about their past sexual behavior? So. Gross.
Point three: Even though there have been teaser conflicts between Patrick and Robin, they have ultimately been shown as loving and strong.
Point four: Lisa is creepy. How many shots have we seen of Lisa watching Patrick and Robin as they are smooching it up? Once could be excused as accidentally awkward. Two, three, four times and it is undeniably intentional… and weird.
Point five: Lisa’s look as Robin left with Emma:
If this doesn’t say obsessed stalker, what does? Is it too much to hope that this has been planned out by the writing staff?
If Lisa turns 0ut to be a total wack job, I could deal with that.

In any other show I would stay that it is obvious, but not GH. Until some character points out that she is inappropriate and obsessive I feel like it could be them trying to show her desire to reconnect with Patrick and create a love triangle. I think your theory is much more interesting and surprisingly supported by the text so I’m hoping it is indeed intentional.
I am confuzzled about this Lisa character, and highly annoyed at the same time. If she is being written as a future crazy, Patric-obsessed stalker type, then I’m missing it. I feel like it’s almost could be there but not really. Maybe they’re just ramping up verrrrrry slowllllly so that they could give all the Franco, Michael killed Claudia, Dante is Sonny’s son and Liz is boinking brothers stories time to play out… If they are building up for yet another traditional triangle story with the conflict being about Patrick trying to choose between his wild and crazy college ways or his family ways, I may just have to pull a Sonny and throw things. I kid not. I HATE how they retread the same stories. We had that version of the Scrubs conflict already–before dating, before moving in together, before having baby, before getting married…enough already!
I agree…she doesn’t seem threatening to me at all right now. Yes, she makes inappropriate remarks to/about Patrick from time to time, but she also seems disinterested at times and seems to actually like Robin.
Now, it could be ramping up slowly until eventually she’s all BSC-rabbit-boiling-loony, but I can’t help but think that (at least for me) seeing spoilers suggesting one thing about her character is clashing with what’s actually on screen. Maybe they’re wanting her to stay around longterm, and so they’re not going to make her psycho? Storyline change or bad acting? Dunno…we do need more young females on canvas.
Steven cozying up to Robin seems more like threat to Scrubs right now to me because their scenes definitely feel like a chem test.
I’m unspoiled so my take from all this comes from that POV. I would say that I didn’t really think this until the most recent episodes. When Robin left, I thought Lisa was creepy the entire episode and wondered if that was the reason for the recast.
I agree we need more women, but I would prefer a woman character who isn’t absolutely awful.
I keep waiting for Van to show up and take Cheyenne home. I thought she wanted to be a Dentist anyay.
this woman is quite in your face i find her bery competitive and vey boring ,what is a surprise to me is how slow both patrick and robin are this woman is after patrick in every way posssible
and his reaction to robin the other day was horrible.
i find this actress to be a total BORING and nothing that she has to offer only comments and digs and patrick is listenting , the apartment thing was a total first of how she wants him and man if he cant see that he is sad , robin sees the competitive and she had to show that the reason was about HIS for defendingthe hopeless sick woman. man after 10 years give it up your not 20 is after the so called kiss patrick cant see it than he is really SLOW AND HE WONT TELL ROBIN A BIG MISTAKE BECAUSE SHE WILL. THIS ACTRESS BRINGS NOTHING BUT SMIRKS AND BLEACHED HAIR TO THE SCREEN . IMO

Myfeeling is that a very sneaky women who has a definte plan is so aware of how to play the game she is a very good player but also very stupid Patrick ,is quite ego minded and she know what strings to pull.
THE SO CALLED KISS WILL BE HER FIRST MISTAKE AND SHE WILL COVER PERFECTLY,but the sad part is PATRICK WILL NOT BE AWARE MAYBE A LITTLE HE AS WILL NOT TELL ROBIN FOR FEAR OF HURTING HER AND CAUSING TROUBLE . AND THE MISTRUST WILL START AND I WOULD NOT BLAME ROBIN A BIT.
I find this actress very blah, ROBIN HAS SO MUCH OVER THIS SO CALLED LOL HOT WOMAN I believe this nasty sick woman will continue you to be GUZA NEW LIILT TOY. my hope is it will not last until EMMA IS IN COLLEGE.

I feel like Lisa is obsessed, or suppose to be obsessed I am not sure . I think apart of the problem is the actress I don’t mean to offend BB at all I have seen clips of her in other shows and it made me hopefull that she would be a good addition to the cast but to me it seems the acting choices she is makeing does not match the writeing given to her. Example the other day when Patrick and Robin kissed infront of her after they bickered (so cute by the way) Lisa looked at them as if they were the most adorable thing she ever saw. Yet she makes digs about both Patrick and Robin and their life together. I am just not getting anything from the character at all except WTF moments and really inappropriate remarks that makes her sound like a fool . The only good thing right now is Patrick and Robin are still shown as a strog happy couple in love it has not been the typical ex arrives insta triangle and I am thrilled about that.
